Log in to your account and use the personal barcode on your collection tube for activation. You’ll also receive an activation code via email and SMS, which you’ll need to input. Remember, only samples activated using these codes will be processed.
2. Collect your saliva
Refer to the user manual enclosed with your kit for detailed instructions. Oh, and a friendly reminder: don’t eat, smoke, drink, chew gum, use mouthwash, or brush your teeth for at least 30 minutes before providing your sample. We want the most accurate snapshot of your DNA, after all.
3. Send in your saliva sample
Use our online booking system to choose a convenient date for our complimentary pick-up service. Your saliva sample is on its way to unveiling the genetic insights that await.

Step 2: DNA Analysis in Progress

While the science works its magic, you can track the status of your kit. We’re diligently working behind the scenes to bring you the most accurate results. ⏰ Note: Our sample processing time of 4-6 weeks starts ticking from the moment your registered test kit reaches our laboratory.
