Cancel and Refund

Within 72 hours from the time of the purchase transaction, the customer is allowed to cancel the order and get a 100% refund by writing in officially to the GE customer service via e-mail at (cs@geneexpress.com). The customer must submit their purchase Order ID, full name as per their registration details and their complete mobile phone number, in the accompanying email.

Return and Refund

After 72 hours, any cancellation and refund will be subject to management approval and if accepted the amount will be calculated after the company deducts administrative and processing fees. The administrative and processing fee costs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

For refund request after 7 days from the date of the purchase transaction, the refund amount will be calculated after the company deducts administrative and processing fees. The administrative and processing fee costs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
